Louis H. Nickerson is the Senior Enlisted Leader, 633d Communications Squadron, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. He advises the commander on all matters impacting the squadron's 268 personnel, ensuring readiness, training, and professional development. As the leader of the Air Force's third-largest communications squadron, he manages a $198 million cyber enterprise supporting over 13,000 users across 64 organizations.

 

With over 23 years of experience in cyber operations and communications leadership, Chief Nickerson has served in joint and major command assignments, deployed in support of multiple operations, and developed high-performing teams worldwide. He is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design at Bowling Green State University, combining his operational expertise with educational technology and user-centered learning design.
